Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of patternshiftmethod.co and any sessions, programs, or digital products purchased through it (together, the "Services"). The Services are offered by Soner Ozdemir, operating as Pattern Shift Method ("I," "me," or "we"). By using this site or purchasing any Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The nature of these Services

Pattern Shift Method offers breathwork guidance, coaching, and educational content. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and I am not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. Nothing offered through these Services is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. If you are working through a clinical mental health concern, please see a licensed professional.

2. Assumption of risk and health representation

Breathwork and related practices involve physical and emotional activity, and as with any such activity, some degree of risk is involved. By participating, you represent that you are healthy enough to take part, and you agree to use reasonable care for your own safety throughout. If at any point you have concerns about your health or safety during a session, you should stop participating immediately and, if needed, seek medical attention.

You acknowledge and accept the risks of participating in these Services, and you assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Pattern Shift Method and Soner Ozdemir from liability for any claims arising from your participation, except where caused by intentional misconduct.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Individual sessions (Let's Breathe, 1:1 Sessions, and Consultation Calls): you may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled session with no penalty — your payment or membership credit stays available to use. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, and any credit used is forfeited.

The Pattern Shift Program: refunds may be requested up to 72 hours before your first scheduled call. Once you are within 72 hours of your first call, or after your first call has taken place, the Program fee is non-refundable.

Memberships are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period already paid for.

Digital products (eBooks and journals) are delivered electronically upon purchase and are non-refundable once the file has been sent.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a Service, you authorize the applicable charge to your payment method. Membership subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.

5. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information when registering or booking a session.

6. Content and intellectual property

The Pattern Shift Method, its four-stage framework, and all written, audio, and video content on this site are the property of Soner Ozdemir. You may use materials you purchase for your own personal practice; you may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pattern Shift Method and Soner Ozdemir are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

9. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
