Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Pattern Shift Method (operated by Soner Ozdemir) collects through patternshiftmethod.co, how it's used, and who it's shared with.

1. Information I collect

When you use this site, I may collect:

• Contact information you provide directly — name, email address, and phone number, such as when you book a session, send a message, or create an account.
• Account information if you create a login, including your email and any profile details you add.
• Payment information when you make a purchase — this is collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. I do not see or store your full card details.
• Session and booking details — which sessions you've booked, attended, or canceled, and any messages you send through the contact form.

2. How I use this information

I use the information I collect to:

• Provide and manage the sessions, programs, and digital products you book or purchase
• Send booking confirmations, session reminders, and related account emails
• Respond to messages sent through the contact form
• Improve the site and the Services offered
• Communicate updates about Pattern Shift Method, if you've opted in

3. Third-party services

This site relies on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate:

• Stripe — processes all payments. Stripe handles your card details directly; I never see or store full card numbers.
• Supabase — stores account and booking data securely.
• Brevo — sends transactional and, where you've opted in, marketing emails.
• Calendly — handles scheduling for live sessions and calls.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data they process on my behalf.

4. Cookies

This site uses basic cookies necessary for it to function correctly, such as keeping you logged in. I don't use cookies to sell your data to advertisers.

5. Data retention

I keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing sunny@patternshiftmethod.co. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails.

7. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
